The collaboration between Virginia Tech and Homestead Creamery continues with two new ice cream flavors, Hokie Berry Trail and Hokie Sunset Swirl. Catapulting off the success of Hokie Tracks ice cream, Homestead Creamery once again worked with the Department of Food Science and Technology faculty members Joell Eifert and Brian Wiersema to develop the profiles of the two new flavors.
