This year's ceremony began in War Memorial Chapel. Col. Gregory Lowe, commander of Virginia Tech Air Force ROTC, spoke of honoring our armed service members. The program ended with the laying of the ceremonial wreath on War Memorial court by President Tim Sands and Major General Randal Fullhart.
