>> So we are the red group and we're going to give you what we think the best proposal is to deal with the money that we were offered. OK, so obviously you ask any Peruvian, they're going to tell you the clear problem of just visually, is like trash, trash everywhere, I've heard it from multiple people even on this trip, but like, we just hate the trash, and so more than 7 and a half million tons of solid waste are generated each year and it's projected to even continue to grow as the population increases.

In simple words, we want to reduce the amount of garbage that's in roads, that's in the streets. So we are just mentioning that the collection system is going to work with and without the incentives. And so we found that it was going to be about 28 cents per household a week just to take away the garbage, the, basically the untreated group and $1.35 per household per week for the treated group, that includes garbage treated and rice given to the people as the incentive.

We just think our proposal would be the best option, with the money that we're given, to be able to determine if a regular collection system could work in the long term. Any questions? I think it went good as we just had two days to prepare the proposal. Some of our feedback was just to consider not 100 percent participation in the experiment, and to make the best use of the resources were given.

All the work we put into it, it's the best we really could have given, in the time we were given. I'm thankful for the criticism even if it stung a little in the moment. So given that they only have two days, we're very happy with the results of the work.

They did a good job -- yeah.
