Black College Institute explores degree programs with prospective students
The Black College Institute is an academic summer
enrichment program by Virginia Tech. It hosts talented, high-achieving
and academically curious rising high school juniors and seniors. While
the program is designed to attract underrepresented or
first-generation students, it welcomes the participation of any and all students
who are interested in Virginia Tech. Assistant Provost of Diversity and Inclusion, Crasha Townsend, explains how students visited campus and got involved in hand-on activities and experiences to learn more about college life at Virginia Tech.
