VT Engage hosts Reducing Food Waste workshop
VT Engage hosted their second annual workshop designed to educate the Virginia Tech community about the environmental, economic, and social benefits of reducing food waste. Local Programs Director Anisha Kohli, who facilitated the event, emphasized that food doesn't need to be perfect to get to our plates.
