Student interns reflect on experiences working in university finance, higher education administration
The Vice President for Finance Rotational Internship is a 12-week, paid program that offers undergraduate students a cross-departmental, hands-on learning and development experience. Interns typically select three primary concentrations within the VP for Finance reporting units and work for a four-week period in each of their selected areas. This year’s interns each made meaningful contributions to significant department projects and to the department’s Diversity Committee. Upon completion of the program, interns have a much greater understanding of the processes used in university finance and higher education administration.
