Want to learn to efficiently identify and resolve web content accessibility issues? TLOS Accessible Technologies is offering weekly training sessions on the free axe DevTools browser extension. The training is designed for web content creators, testers, and developers who want to integrate automated accessibility checking into their workflows.

Each one-hour online session will include demos of the key features of the axe DevTools extension, tips on interpreting automated results, and guidance on fixing common web content accessibility issues. Participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to make their digital content more inclusive. Sessions are offered weekly through May 28, 2025.

The axe DevTools extension is available for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers. For assistance adding the extension to your browser, contact 4Help.vt.edu. For department-managed devices, users may need to contact their system administrator for assistance.

TLOS Accessible Technologies provides technology, resources, training, and expertise across the Virginia Tech community to build a culture of proactive digital accessibility.
