Share your photos from your '32 for 32' service project
As part of the “32 for 32” service project, Virginia Tech students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends are invited to share photographs documenting their service.
The photos will be collected through VT-ENGAGE and displayed during the 2011 Day of Remembrance on the Drillfield.
The “32 for 32” initiative was created by the April 16 Student Planning Committee to encourage remembrance throughout the year of the individuals that who were lost on April 16, 2007. All members of the Virginia Tech community are encouraged to pledge and log 32 hours of service through VT-ENGAGE. These hours can be ones served from July 2010 through April 16, 2011.
To upload your photos, visit the VT-ENGAGE website, and follow the steps to log in and record your hours. There is still time to pledge and log your “32 for 32” on the VT-ENGAGE site; hours will be collected through April 16, 2011. Photos submissions will also be accepted in person during registration for the 3.2-Mile Run in Remembrance on April 15 from 4 to 8 p.m. and the day of the run, April 16.
