University Partnership for Workforce Advancement and Research & Development in Semiconductors (UPWARDS) is a two week summer camp that is focused on the microelectronics industry, cleanroom fabrication and career opportunities. The camp, which is coordinated and funded by the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, is supported by the Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity (CEED) and is designed and intended for rising junior and senior high school girls.
