Agriculture's cultural culinary impact
A. Ozzie Abaye Ph.D. '93 leads a course called World Crops: Food & Culture. The students gain an appreciation for international foods by learning about important crops, their origin, world distribution, and how the crop is used to celebrate cultural or religious celebrations.
