Ut Prosim: the heart behind Cheesy Nights

Cheesy Nights! Cheesy Nights! Cheesy Nights is a program that started small and became very large based on the need around the campus for students who are hungry during finals, they're busy during finals, after the final. You know, you're kind of just in your own little world, you know, trying to think, oh, like what did I do? What did I get wrong? And then you come here and see all these great people and they're smiling and they're giving out food and they're acid hid day going. And it really just like lift your spirits up people. Sam is here with Buddy Del. Come on buddy. I've been around all the hoy rituals and the trials and tribulations of what it is. Number one, you hear, oops, I may serve. And that's what we're doing here. We're serving the community of students by giving something to them that hopefully they'll remember. Well, when I first came here and I didn't know what the word opsin meant and I saw it written on buildings on the campus. I asked what does pros mean and it that I may serve and that's how I knew I was in the right town. I like to serve and to have started something and have it take off like this, and never have a problem finding volunteers or having people donate. It shows me that this is the right place for a program like this. I have a volunteer heart and I'm from Austin, Texas, and this is my favorite volunteer activity of the whole year. And so I came up because I believe that students can't learn if they're hungry. And so it's a great chance to come and get part of the hokey spirit and make sure they're all fed. A lot of them are out of money by the end of the semester and they need these school TC, which is grew. Yeah, I know that this kind of stuff definitely isn't happening at all my friends schools like in all different places. So I think it's just a really special thing that we're all able to be a part of this community and like all be one together. It's just like a really special thing that we have here, Abgine Techs.
