Sora Shin, an assistant professor of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC, led a study published in Nature Neuroscience that shows how adversity early in life may alter a brain circuit induce the development of binge eating and obesity.
