Specimen Identification Day at the Museum of Geosciences

Please join us on Saturday, April 12, from 12 to 2 p.m. in room 2062 of the Museum of Geosciences for our first-ever Specimen ID Day.

We encourage the public to bring any rocks, minerals, fossils, or meteorites they want to be identified by faculty, staff, and students. 

All are welcome! The museum is located at 926 West Campus Drive, Blacksburg. Derring Hall, room 2062.
