Participants needed for sensory study of sourdough breads

The Virginia Tech Sensory Evaluation Lab is recruiting 75 volunteers to taste and evaluate sourdough breads (IRB 25-091).
To participate, you must be 18+ years old and not allergic to wheat. If you cannot or prefer not to consume products that contain gluten, are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not participate in this study. Prior experience in sensory evaluation is not required and you will be offered snacks as a token of our appreciation.
Registration is not needed to participate in this study and walk-ins are welcome on Tuesday, March 18, and Wednesday, March 19, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The lab is in HABB1 room 205 (1230 Washington St SW).
