Turf enhancement operations to occur March 10-31

Turf enhancement operations will occur Monday, March 10 - Monday, March 31 (weather permitting) across the Blacksburg campus including:

• Residential region 
• Drillfield and surrounding grounds
• Alumni Mall Road region, including the front edge of the Corps of Cadets' residence halls and the Squires and Henderson Lawns
• Lawns along the roadways for Washington Street, West Campus Drive, and a portion of Duck Pond Drive
• Ag Quad

Enhancement operations will include the use of herbicide treatments to eliminate broadleaf weeds. 

Signage will be posted around the perimeter of areas slated for treatment before products are applied.
