Refer outstanding students for tutor and coach positions

The Student Success Center has begun the annual recruitment of students for Tutor and Peer Academic Coach positions for the 2025-2026 academic year. We would appreciate your support in encouraging talented students to apply for these roles!
Tutors provide personalized support to their peers, helping them tackle challenging coursework and improve academic skills. Tutors will receive comprehensive training, building toward a professional certification from the College Reading and Learning Association — the gold standard in tutoring programs!
PACs assist students in developing critical academic skills like time management, effective study strategies, and motivation. They provide support through one-on-one coaching appointments and seminar presentations, helping students become more efficient and confident learners.

Student Eligibility:
GPA of 3.0 or higher
At least 4 hours per week commitment
Willingness to attend training and meetings
Tutors: B+ or better in the courses they wish to tutor (see the application guide for this year’s courses)
