Homecoming set for Sept. 29-Oct. 4

Virginia Tech will celebrate Homecoming Sept. 29-Oct. 4 with activities for alumni, students, community members, and friends, culminating in Saturday’s football game against Wake Forest. 

Homecoming festivities will begin Monday with activities for students. The Student Alumni Associates will partner with organizations across campus to carry initiatives including Homecoming Kickoff, the Homecoming Concert, and Homecoming Court.

On Friday night, the Homecoming Parade will march through the streets of downtown Blacksburg before a fireworks show over the Drillfield. On Saturday, an alumni tailgate will be hosted at the Holtzman Alumni Center with groups across campus, food, entertainment, activities for children and more. The tailgate will begin four hours prior to kickoff.
