6 a.m. — The Virginia Tech Research Center – Arlington, the Northern Virginia Center – Falls Church, the Innovation Campus headquarters – Alexandria, the Washington Area Architecture Center – Alexandria, and the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute lab in Washington, D.C., will be closed today.
