Dining Services names leadership for Perry Place
Jeremiah Gardner and Executive Chef James Zeisler will lead the new dining facility.
As Virginia Tech begins counting down until the grand opening of Perry Place, a culinary facility poised to add to the dining experience for the Hokie community, Dining Services has named the facility's leadership team.
Located within the new Hitt Hall, Perry Place will feature nine distinct shops, eight of which are original concepts. New offerings to be presented for the first time on campus include smoked barbecue and an all-day breakfast diner.
