Virginia Tech celebrates graduates during 2023 spring commencement ceremonies
Thousands of graduating seniors, master's students, and newly hooded doctoral degree recipients attended commencement ceremonies that spanned six days, three campus locations, and countless shouts of "Let's go ... HOKIES!" during spring graduation activities.
More than 7,000 Hokies had their degrees conferred and were cheered as they crossed the stage at one of the college ceremonies. Graduates and families crowded Lane Stadium for either a college ceremony, the Graduate School commencement, or for the University Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 12. Those receiving degrees from the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine were honored in Roanoke on May 6. Graduates from programs in the greater Washington, D.C. area were recognized on May 14.
Relive moments from the exciting and memorable weekend through the video and photos on this page or one of the many streams from a college ceremony. Congratulations, Hokies! Let's go!
