In memoriam: Kevin M. Tinley, junior majoring in mining engineering, College of Engineering
Kevin M. Tinley, a junior majoring in mining engineering in the College of Engineering at Virginia Tech, died last week in Blacksburg. He was 21 years old.
A memorial gathering for Tinley has been planned for Wednesday, March 5, at 9 p.m. It will be held at the Newman Community at Virginia Tech at 203 Otey St. in Blacksburg. Father David Sharland will officiate. There will be a reception following the gathering.
