At approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, Blacksburg Police Department received a report of a sexual assault that occurred sometime between the hours of 11 and 11:45 pm on Friday, Nov. 9, in the area of Otey Street and Wall Street in the Town of Blacksburg.

The victim was unable to provide any descriptive information of the suspect or a known direction of travel after the incident occurred.

Blacksburg Police are investigating the incident. Anyone with information to report is asked to contact Blacksburg Police by calling 540-961-1150.
