Lane Stadium Suites and Indoor Club areas not ready for Ohio and Georgia Tech football games
University Statement on Lane Stadium from the Office of the Director of Athletics and the Office of University Relations.
Due to the current construction progress at Lane Stadium, the West Side Suite and Indoor Club areas cannot be made available for the first two home football games (Sept. 17 vs. Ohio and Sept. 24 vs. Georgia Tech).
University Administration and the Athletics Department have finalized a plan to accommodate West Side Suite and Indoor Club patrons as a result of the incomplete construction status. All Suite and Indoor Club patrons (approximately 1,100) will be relocated to available priority seating in Lane Stadium.
The affected patrons will be assigned locations in the West Stands Outdoor Club area, East Stands, South Zone Club and outside the West Press Tower.
The University will continue to assess the progress of the construction and provide an update to its patrons, on or around Oct. 1, concerning the future availability for the suites and clubs.
Individuals have been notified that due to the uncertainty of the project’s full completion, the university is not yet able to provide details about refunds; however, the university is committed to refunding its customers for the unavailability of the suites and indoor club areas during the season.
