At the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Innovation Center, Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist Kaylee South is leading the research of edible plants.  South's undergraduate research technician, Jacob Haymore, has become an important part in the research being conducted at the center. Haymore is currently an undergraduate at Danville Community College and will be attending Virginia Tech in the fall semester. 

The CEA Innovation Center is a partnership of the School of Plant and Environmental Sciences at Virginia Tech and the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research in Danville, Virginia.
