High school students compete in Engineering Olympics at Virginia Tech's Pathways Camp
This year at the Pathways Camp, hosted by the Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity, high school students participated in their own "Summer Engineering Olympics" where teams of students worked together to create models that competed against each other in each activity.
Competitions included: filtration, paper airplanes, catapults, wind turbines, bridges, rubber duck rafts, and lego chariots. The winners were concluded based upon build quality, performance, and how well they followed the rules.
