Discounts for article processing charges to openly publish research

At no cost to authors, University Libraries offers membership-based and consortially-negotiated APC discounts (some as high as 100%) and open access repository services.

Under the university’s Open Access Policy, authors can freely publish accepted versions of their journal articles to VTechWorks, Virginia Tech’s open scholarly repository.
