Office hours for Cardinal multi-factor authentication setup

Beginning April 27, the state's Cardinal system will no longer offer SMS (text message) or phone call options for multi-factor authentication. To ensure you can access your account for the upcoming state benefits open enrollment for medical and flexible spending accounts, which will be held May 15–29, employees should log in to Cardinal prior to April 27 and update their multi-factor authentication method.
The HR Benefits team will host office hours to help employees with setting up their new authentication method and to answer commonly asked questions on April 16, April 22, and April 24, from 2:30–3:30 pm.
- April 16 and April 22 sessions will be offered both in person in North End Center room 2440 and virtually
- April 24 session will be offered virtually only
