About us:

The Virginia Tech Rescue Squad is a volunteer, 100% student-run organization dedicated to responding to 911 medical emergencies on the Virginia Tech campus and the surrounding area. Our mission is to provide prompt and effective medical assistance to those in need, ensuring the safety and well-being of our campus community.

No prior experience is required to join our team. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and interests who are eager to learn and make a difference. When you become a part of our organization, you will receive comprehensive training as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), gaining the skills necessary to deliver crucial medical services during emergencies.
