- Housed in the Department of Human Resources, University Organizational and Professional Development (UOPD) is one of several campus organizations that provide professional development training to employees, including certificate programs, workshops, cohort programs.
- Through Lynda.com, employees have free access to thousands of online tutorials and training courses on a variety of software suites and programs.
- For salaried employees who wish to continue their education, the tuition assistance program can waive tuition fees or provide reimbursement to those who enroll at the university.
- Free foreign language conversation classes make it easier for employees to communicate with the diverse community in which they live, learn, and work.
