The week of April 14-18 is National Collegiate Recovery Week. To celebrate, the Virgina Tech Recovery Community and Hokie Wellness have events and programming planned for each day of the week.

This week we celebrate the resilience, achievements, and growth of the collegiate recovery movement. Whether you’re a student, alumni, ally, or supporter — your voice matters in shaping a recovery-friendly future. The week-long celebration concludes on Friday for our Come Hang and Get Trained event. At this event, we encourage students to participate in a 15-minute Naloxone training, which prepares students to know how to act if they find themselves in a situation concerning an overdose. There will also be an iced coffee bar, bubbles, lawn games and hammocks setup around Prairie Quad for students to hang out and relax. Feel free to join us at any of our events listed below. All our welcome to join. For more details, and Zoom links for events, visit the Recovery Community events page or GobblerConnect.
