The Virginia Tech Transportation Institute is seeking healthy individuals aged 30-65 with valid U.S. driver’s licenses to participate in a research study (IRB #24-487). The study involves participating in one four-hour session, during daytime hours.

Participants will be asked to drive on public roads in and around the New River Valley while using automated features and provide feedback regarding the system and display. A trained experimenter will be present during the drive. The vehicle is equipped with data collection equipment which records video and audio data.

Participants will receive $200 based on full participation or a pro-rated rate of $50/hour.
