University faculty and staff are invited to participate in the annual Welcome Warm‑Up program, a one‑hour virtual session hosted by New Student and Family Programs to receive key information about the incoming class of students and information regarding their transition. We'll be discussing The Orientation Experience which includes: student deadlines, the academic advising process, orientation & summer programs, move-in, Weeks of Welcome, and more!

Welcome Warm‑Up is an opportunity for campus partners who work directly with students or support them behind the scenes to get an inside look at what students and families can expect, as well as space to ask questions about what’s ahead. Campus partners across Student Affairs and beyond are encouraged to attend.

Join us as we prepare to welcome new Hokies to their new home and ensure a smooth, supportive start to their Virginia Tech journey.
