Register for Roanoke conference on strengthening community-based addiction recovery

The Roanoke Center, the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC, the Roanoke Valley Collective Response, and partner organizations will host the "Recovery Ecosystems Conference — Compassion, Connection, and Community: Bridging Thriving Recovery Ecosystems Across Appalachia" on March 5-6 at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.

This two-day conference will bring together thought leaders, practitioners, and community members to explore how coordinated recovery ecosystems can better support individuals transitioning from crisis to long-term wellness.

Sessions will focus on:

  • Integrating peer and recovery support services
  • Sustaining cross-sector and community partnerships
  • Advancing innovative, evidence-informed approaches to addiction recovery

Attendees will have opportunities to network, share best practices, and collaborate on solutions that strengthen recovery pathways across Virginia and the Appalachian region.
