Learn leadership skills while having Coffee with Coaches

Managers and supervisors are invited to join Coffee with Coaches, a monthly learning series led by Virginia Tech leadership coaching partners as part of the Human Resources Talent Development Leadership Coaching Program.
Each Coffee with Coaches session allows attendees to explore a focused leadership topic, learn more about Virginia Tech’s leadership coaching partners, and ask any questions they might have about the session, or leadership more broadly.
The initial three sessions are as follows. Select the link for each session to register:
- Tuesday, Oct. 28, 8:30 a.m.: Managing Change and Building Change Agility is hosted by Erica Hawley McKee, owner and president of Symphony Group.
- Wednesday, Nov. 5, 8:30 a.m.: Leading from Where You Are is hosted by Patrice French, senior consultant at CI International.
- Tuesday, Dec. 9, 9 a.m.: Developing Performance with Individuals and Teams is hosted by Robin Schenck, executive coach at Table Mountain America.
The Leadership Coaching program offers confidential, one-on-one support tailored to the needs of Virginia Tech leaders. Whether navigating a new role, seeking performance improvement, or pursuing personal growth, participants may hire Talent Development-vetted external coaches who offer strategic guidance rooted in ethical practice.
