Skipper to fire multiple shots during training near Historic Smithfield

The Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets cannon, Skipper, will fire multiple shots on Saturday, Aug. 30, near Historic Smithfield in support of safety and familiarization training for cadets. The shots will occur between 9 a.m. and noon. The event is not open to the public.
