2025-26 open enrollment information sessions schedule

The dates for the 2025-26 benefits open enrollment period are May 16–30. During open enrollment, employees may make changes to health insurance and flexible spending accounts. Read this campus notice for more information.

Virginia Tech’s HR Benefits team will share open enrollment details once available. In the meantime, following is a schedule of open enrollment information sessions and office hours that will be available for employees to attend. All sessions will be held by Zoom.

During the information sessions, Virginia Tech’s Benefits team will review key changes for the 2025-26 benefits plans, which will be effective July 1. During the office hours, employees may join to ask questions about open enrollment. Please mark your calendar to attend as needed; registration is not required.

NOTE: The Benefits Team will be available from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on May 21 at the Employee Appreciation and Hokie Wellness Fair. Stop by the team's table for information and to get questions answered.
