Recruitment of sensory panelists for kombucha study

The Virginia Tech Sensory Evaluation Laboratory is seeking 100 participants to taste and evaluate hibiscus kombucha beverages as part of a research study (IRB 24-1089).
Who can participate?
- Adults 18 years or older of any gender and ethnicity.
- Individuals who regularly consume kombucha and have no dietary restrictions preventing them from consuming kombucha or hibiscus products.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should not participate.

March 4, 5, and 6
Daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, no sign-ups required.
