The Blood Connection returns March 25

Hokie Wellness is partnering with The Blood Connection to host a blood drive on Tuesday, March 25, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., in room 2420 at the North End Center.

All blood donors will receive a $40 e-gift card redeemable at various online stores including Amazon, Belk, Target, and more. Scheduling a time is preferred but walk-ins are welcome.

The Blood Connection is a nonprofit community blood center that partnered with Carilion Clinic in December 2023 to be the sole provider of all its blood products. To date, it has provided Carilion with more than 15,000 pints of blood. Blood donors can be confident that their donations are staying local helping their community and neighbors.
