Join Hokie Wellness for Seeds of Wellness, a hands-on event during Earth Week where Virginia Tech employees plant their own herb or flower seeds in a pot to take home. As you nurture your plant, you'll also discover valuable wellness resources available to you. Just as you plant the seeds for your plant's growth, Hokie Wellness will help plant the seeds for your well-being by introducing you to a variety of resources to support you. Come get your hands dirty, learn about resources, and nurture your well-being.
Join us at one of the following events:
- Monday, April 21, 2 – 4 p.m., back patio of New Hall West.
- Tuesday, April 22, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., Drillfield sidewalk across from Burruss Hall and Williams Halls.
