Employees with Aetna and Anthem health insurance have access to free online medical care

Employees with health insurance coverage through Aetna COVA HealthAware and Anthem COVACare have access to various types of online medical care through their insurance carrier. 

Aetna COVA HealthAware

Aetna offers Teladoc Health, care that can be accessed by phone, video, or app. Teladoc Health provides 24/7 general medicine care and dermatology care at no cost, with prescriptions provided as needed. Mental health care is provided seven days a week at no cost. To activate your benefit, visit Teladoc.com/Aetna, call 1-855-835-2362, or download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play. 

Anthem COVA Care

Anthem’s online services include, but are not limited to: 

• Medical: For visits any time day or night for common medical conditions such as the flu, allergies, pink eye, sinus infections, and more. You may also schedule wellness or primary care visits. 
•  Mental health: Make an appointment to see a therapist or psychologist, or to see a psychiatrist for counseling or medication management. 
•  Healthy sleep: Work with sleep specialists online to improve sleep and overall health. 

Visit livehealthonline.com to register or download the Sydney app from the Apple Store or Google Play. If using the Sydney app, look for Video Visit under the Care tab.
