Skipper to fire at VTTI to aid in research

Skipper, the Corps of Cadets canon, will fire twice on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute in Blacksburg. The two shots will occur between 7 and 8 p.m. and will be separated by around 15 to 20 minutes.
