Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account deadlines

The deadline to incur flexible spending account (FSA) expenses for this plan year is June 30. This deadline applies to both health FSA and dependent care FSA accounts.
As a reminder, any funds not used by the end of the plan year are forfeited.
The deadline to submit FSA reimbursement requests and verification of outstanding card transactions is Sept. 30.

Employees must renew both health and dependent care FSAs each year during Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment is typically held in the first two weeks of May.
