Seeking female runners for research study

The Nutrition and Exercise Metabolish laboratory at Virginia Tech is conducting a research study titled, "Assessment of Thyroid Function in relation to Iodine, Iron, Selenium and Vitamin D Intake and Status in Female Endurance Runners" (protocol #22-1137).
We are seeking female runners for this research study to learn more about the relationship between nutrition, health, and thyroid function in female runners. You will be required to visit the Blacksburg campus twice during this study.
- You must be:
- Female, 18-45 (assigned female at birth and currently female)
- Nonsmoker
- Not pregnant or breast feeding
- Without injury or major medical problems
Compensation, $50.
