Campus internEXP (On-Campus Internship Program) to pilot wage matching for fall 2024

Career and Professional Development is committed to providing quality experiential learning opportunities to Virginia Tech students through our internship and cooperative education programs. Campus internEXP (Campus Internship Experience), is an on-campus internship program where we aim to capitalize on the variety of job functions and amazing professionals that work right here on campus to create accessible, paid internships for our students.

CPD was recently awarded the Institutional Internship Support Grant from the State Council for Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV). This grant has afforded us the opportunity to pilot wage matching for Campus internEXP beginning in fall 2024.

If you are interested in participating in Campus internEXP, please attend one of our required Campus internEXP information sessions to learn more about how to apply to be an internship host/site.
