Join Hokie Wellness for Seeds of Wellness during April

During April employees will have the opportunity to plant lavender and basil seeds to take home, symbolizing the start of their wellness journey. In addition, participants will learn about campus well-being resources.  

This hands-on activity promises not only a delightful aromatic addition to employees’ office or home, but also serves as a reminder of the importance of self-care and nurturing growth.

Dates and locations:

  • April 15, 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Corporate Research Center, 1750 Kraft Dr.
  • April 22, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Burruss Hall steps, near the main entrance
  • April 23, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: New Hall West back patio
  • April 24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: North End Center main entrance 
  • April 25, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Roanoke Benefits Fair
  • April 26, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Sterrett Facilities Complex, sidewalk across from main entrance
