End of year orders

Due to high volume toward the end of the spring semester, please allow for extra time when placing end of year branded products and print orders.

Orders that take longer to process include products featuring the logos of external entities; products external entities want to produce using our trademarks; and products that require additional campus review, such as banners and signs for placement on campus grounds or building exteriors.

We recommend reaching out to licensing@vt.edu before starting work on these kinds of orders so that we can help ensure a smooth ordering process.
