Pedestrian impacts: North Academic District pathway improvement operations

To accommodate pathway improvement operations aimed at improving the overall physical accessibility of the North Academic District, the pathway along the north side of Cowgill Hall (the side facing the Multi-Modal Transit Facility) will be temporarily closed from approximately Monday, April 1 - Friday, April 26. 

Pedestrian routes will be available along the Multi-Modal Transit Facility project fence line; up the Cowgill Lawn; and along Bishop-Favrao, Hancock and Whittemore Halls. 

Accessible routes will be available through and along Bishop-Favrao Hall, along and through Cowgill Hall, along Derring Hall, and between Hancock and Whittemore Halls.

Directional signage will be posted to assist pedestrians with navigation. Pedestrians may also utilize the Interactive Campus Map to assist with navigation.
