Turf enhancement operations to occur March 4-8

Turf enhancement operations will occur Monday, March 4 - Friday, March 8 (weather permitting) across the Blacksburg campus including:

• Residential region 
• Drillfield and surrounding grounds
• Alumni Mall Road region, including the front edge of the Corps of Cadets' residence halls and the Squires and Henderson Lawns
• Lawns along the roadways for Washington Street, West Campus Drive, and a portion of Duckpond Drive
• Ag Quad

Enhancement operations will include the use of herbicide treatments to eliminate broadleaf weeds. 

Signage will be posted around the perimeter of areas slated for treatment prior to products being applied.
