Take a journey around self-care options with TimelyCare
From: Hokie Wellness
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, why not check out TimelyCare’s resources on Self-Care for Healthy Relationships?
This collection of videos, articles, and exercises delves into issues like dealing with breakups and setting boundaries with partners. There are even modules that support resilience after getting ghosted and help you recognize red flags in dating situations. You will also find tips and techniques to develop healthy behaviors to use when connecting with others.
Beyond romantic relationships, the resources also explore self-love (Feelin’ Myself Yoga), friendships (Peace with Your Peeps Meditation), and family (Setting Boundaries with Family Meditation).
Other self-care modules feature resources centered on topics including sleep, resilience, and healthy eating. They deliver information and skills through easy-to-read graphics and interactive modules, such as guided meditation and yoga.
To access these self-care options, sign in with your @vt.edu email address on the TimelyCare app or website, then navigate to the Self-Care tab and select the Journeys tab.
