New York Life guaranteed issue life insurance is available to full-time benefited employees who have been employed for at least 90 days.
Eligible employees may purchase a minimum $10,000 to a maximum $100,000 of permanent death benefit on a guaranteed issue basis. Spouses, domestic partners, children, and grandchildren are eligible for a minimum $10,000 and maximum $50,000 of permanent death benefit with no medical questions if the employee participates.
